Dreamland Boxing Online Courses:
When the shelter in place was announced, coach Sara Koshfam and I hosted donation based IG live classes until we transitioned to having our full coaches schedule. This was a lot of fun for us as we had great engagement from our members and touched on some really cool topics while also breaking a sweat.
We’re now putting up entire classes from the quarantine to rent or purchase. I’ve segmented our classes and categorized our online boxing courses by levels 1 to 6 and theme (i.e. stance, technique, angles, combinations, sparring strategies, etc.).
Proceeds from our Dreamland Boxing Online Courses will be used to help support Dreamland Boxing, a 501c(3) non-profit boxing gym in San Jose, CA.
Personal Training (Virtual Sessions):
Coach Ian is a former competitor (2004 – 2012) and current boxing trainer (2012 – current) at Dreamland Boxing. Ian has been a member of the gym since 2004, and also boxed in Los Angeles for UCLA.
Prior to the pandemic, Coach Ian worked with the amateur team in preparing them for competition and assisting with their track workouts and taking them to various personal trainers (Sensory Speed, PerformanceGaines, NorCal Functional Fitness, etc.) for their strength and conditioning. Currently, Ian is working with members of all levels through virtual classes via Zoom and outdoor classes.
In addition, Ian also runs marathons and ultramarathons and is a race Ambassador for the Big Sur Marathon Foundation.
My goal for maintaining this website is to equip you, my students, clients, and friends, with the tools you need to live a healthy and active lifestyle.
In addition to the free content readily available on this site, I will also release premium content for those who wish to go deeper on training, skillset, and selected topics. Premium membership will include a rotating monthly set of thoughtfully curated boxing and/or workout instructional videos in modular sets that clients can build upon over time, as well as other unique, detailed, and specific content focused on health and wellness.
