This is a little outside of what I normally write about, but lately I’ve been sharing a write-up I did on some first-time home buyer tips (financing, assistance, financial terms to look for, etc.)
I purchased my first property in February 2019, and took notes of the lessons I learned along the way. Later, when I had friends looking to buy property, I started passing along this document for their assistance. Please note that things change quickly – the market, available assistance, financing programs, etc. so please keep that in mind. Also, note that my writing is more of the less-discussed topics – I would assume a reader would have a general understanding of the home buying process.
