The Kaiser Permanente San Francisco Half Marathon, 10K & 5K are GOING VIRTUAL and I’m joining in as an official Ambassador! Enter any of the races individually or sign up for the “Triple” Peaks Challenge to tackle all three. You’ll receive a participant shirt and medal just for signing up. Registration opens November 2nd, 2020.
Initial Thoughts: I’m happy to be supporting this organization and race. I’ve known the Kaiser Permanente San Francisco Half Marathon as a Super Bowl Sunday race – a perfect race to run before attending a Super Bowl party. I last ran this race in 2018, and hope one day they will be back hosting in-person events. In the meantime, what better way to start off the new year than by doing a challenge?
My goal: I’m looking to complete the Triple Peaks challenge. The challenge should be completed between January 7, 2021 and February 7, 2021. I’m also looking for a target full-marathon in 2021 as well, so I’d like these races to work with my schedule for a full as well.
Note: I am also an ambassador for the Monterey Bay Half Marathon (put on by the Big Sur Marathon Foundation).
