Progress: As of 10/03/21, I’ve now run 1,187 miles for the year, while maintaining my 276-day run streak.

Oleksandr Usyk’s Head Movement:

One of my takeaways from the Usyk-Joshua fight was how Usyk used his head movement to create openings and be unpredictable with his attack. Swipe ➡️ to see a clip of Usyk constantly moving his head and feinting during his fight with Anthony Joshua. 👊🏽
