Quick post for today – just sharing my favorite no-sugar treat. When I get my next CGM, I will track my blood sugar spike due to the treat.
Preparation is simple – you’ll heat up the saturated fats (coconut oil, cacao butter, ghee) and then just stir these all together and put these in a brownie pan. Store them in the freezer for 30+ minutes and you’re done!
