BONUS (Premium Only): Today, my mom and I focused on recovery. The first 15 minutes of our session was dedicated towards breathwork techniques: Ujjayi Pranayama and a modified Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril) Pranayama. We followed up with 30 minutes of yoga.
